Exceptional Support Service

The much-awaited update has finally arrived! The latest update for the Apple Support app (version 4.9) is highly recommended 💯. Apple has extended the long-awaited service to over 100 regions/ countries, including Ghana. The update is timely as iPhone users continue to snowball! It is a significant step forward in providing world-class support to a broader audience, and the user experience will improve significantly. The Apple Support app is highly recommended for its ease of use and excellent support.

Worst experience

I am Sudip from Nepal.I was belong to middle class family. I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro by saving 1 rps . It took to me 3 year. When I purchase the I am happy by thinking that I can improve my game level and I can make more practice towards PUBG to participate on PMGc league when I start to play the PUBG on iPhone it was very smoothly and no lack for one month . Suddenly it’s cross 1 and half months the iPhone was not supporting PUBG graphics and becoming to much lack and gilding and become to much hang also and my game became to much worst and worst even my friends boycott from team to me because of this iPhone they think me noob and I am not selected also. Those person who read my comment don’t buy a iPhone because it is all show up and it was not better for game. I destroyed my career to purchasing this iPhone 12 Pro and we middle class we can’t exchange the phone because we don’t have money. Those person who belongs to middle class don’t buy it because you are same like us.i was to much disappointed towards the iPhone company by thinking that if I win the game I can give my mother a good life and better house and better food. By giving full star its submitted the review.

Worst experience ever 2023

Apple isn't like before anymore, after 7 years of purchasing from Apple stores in Dubai only I'm sad to say this is the last time for me to get from them any product else, I got iPhone 14 pro max brand new from apple store and after some time I found that there's a manufacturing problem in the screen (screen quality and brightness is lower than any 14 pro max else) and after they checked the mob in the store and certified that there's a manufacturing problem from APPLE itself not from bad usage or something like that, they rejected to replace the mobile with another one, stating that only we will repair, (Brand new mobile and under warranty and full display problem from the manufacture and they said it's not worth changing, only repair we will provide, that's all with a very rude behavior from the guys in Dubai mall store which was a shock to me and unlike usual at all from Apple, really disappointed to buy from apple store which more expensive than any store outside whole UAE and get this service!.
