This rating DOES NOT reflect the service I finally received from the agent who was able to resolve my issue. Her name is Siege and she did a wonderful job. The rating reflects what I went through over several attempts to reach a live agent. I called numerous times, the AI virtual assistant was unable to help me and each time I asked to speak to one, I was transferred to another AI. I was trying to find out when I was going to receive a refund for a duplicate shipment that I had returned nearly 2 weeks prior. At one point the AI told me I needed to speak to the refunds department. When I asked for the phone number to that department I was told she didn’t have that information. I was transferred to another AI who said all available agents were busy and that I should leave my name, email and phone number and one would contact me in 24 hours, after which I was disconnected. This happened THREE times. After spending over an hour, I bypassed the option to speak to the department that I had directed to and tried another option. I finally got a human being that was able to help by telling me to call back in 15 minutes and a live agent would be able to help me. That agent was Seige and she took care of me. I would give her a 5 star rating. Other than that I would rate your customer support as a -1 out of a possible 5. If you are going to use AI virtual assistants to screen and direct calls, that’s fine but once that is done you need to have live agents available to address issues that don’t neatly fit into the box.

I’m a Birmingham subscriber who originally joined through Buckt, and I’ve honestly been really enjoying the transition over to Mystery Ticket Club. The experiences in Birmingham have been such a great mix of things I probably wouldn’t have gone to on my own. We’ve done loads of different activities like darts, comedy shows, board game cafés and arcade bars, so it’s been a really fun way to try new places around the city. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed compared to Buckt is the sense of community. I usually go with my friends, but everyone there is so welcoming that you end up chatting to loads of people and making new friends as well. It feels really social and inviting. I also love the passport system where you get a sticker for every event you attend, it’s such a small thing but it adds a really nice personal touch and makes the whole experience feel more special. Booking is super easy too. On the first of the month you get the ticket drop email, then your activity is revealed and you just book in. The hosts always do a little intro at the start (sometimes Dan or another host) which brings everyone together and sets the tone for the night. It’s also genuinely really good value, tickets are around £10 and most of the activities would cost more than that if you booked them individually. Overall I’ve had a really great time so far with Mystery Ticket Club. It’s pushed me outside my comfort zone, helped me discover new places in Birmingham and meet some really lovely people along the way.

To find such a site as Calibudz who offers everything that I'm looking for is rare.. But when you find a site that has such a wide choice of High quality excellent products,prices as they should be (Bang on),Delivery excellent and within days. This is the site for you. At last i have help to ease my Chronic Arthritis,so much more than i have from all the painkillers the Nhs supply. If you have any questions,query's or any problems,of which i never have had even after 4 delivery's, you just email customer services. Trustpilots highest rating is 5* They really may have to make the rating higher for the Calibudz site...

At my school, one of my teachers hates go guardian and the other one loves it and the one that loves it forces 99 math so then the students me included trying to get on 99 math it says “uh oh looks like your teacher blocked this page. “ WHAT DO YOU MEAN! It is outrageous and after I watched somebody’s YouTube video I’m gonna tell my teacher about this cause this is outrageous. It’s just a website to make schools feel better about themselves.(please don’t include my name if you’re putting it in a YouTube video.)

Speaking to Acel, what a waste of 1hr. Not only is there a need for staff training, but when asked to speak to a manager, no one was available. It was a simple ask to apply a voucher code to a purchase. I was provided with incorrect information from product dimensions, price, the voucher I have is only for mobile phones, despite the Samsung email stating Home Appliances. After 1 hr I terminated the call to keep my sanity and go somewhere else to purchase my product.

I like being able to see and compare all channels at a glance, which essentially represents the meta-level of customer acquisition. I also appreciate the high level of customizability, especially when new channels are added. The support from Adtribute is also a big plus. The initial setup was super easy because the Adtribute team guided us excellently. They quickly understood our funnel and continue to accommodate our requests for adjustments even after the setup.

Avoid DATOUBOSS! Order was never shipped from the EU warehouse as promised. Instead of a refund, they use "bait-and-switch" tactics, pushing dangerous, non-standard 200A BMS modifications via WhatsApp to bypass official records. They ignore formal refund requests and provide zero support. The Shop app integration is broken, making it impossible to report them. Total lack of professional ethics and safety standards. Forced to initiate a bank chargeback. STAY AWAY!

We were looking to replace an outdoor coat which needed to be waterproof and warm. Sharon was absolutely fantastic in giving expert advice and spending time with us while we were choosing. We made a purchase with which we were very pleased but felt under no pressure to buy at any time. The service we received from Sharon was superb and Go outdoors are very lucky to have her. Thank you Sharon you're a star.

Vinted parcel. Put in locker, no confirmation or tracking ever received. Order has now been cancelled by Vinted because they've had no confirmation I have sent the parcel. Can't get in touch with DPD, as I have no reference number for them to be able to talk to me. Thankfully was a low cost item, but disappointing that I've lost an item and someone hasn't got the item they purchased.

The move and the communication level were good. Unfortunately, the staff decided not to accept liability for something they were responsible for. They were to uninstall and reinstall my cooker. They were unable to give reasons. However, they lied and said all was completed which is UNTRUE. Causing an argument between me and the housing is not good business.
