Hello, I get a Google Cloud Platform Entire service unavailable error whenever I try to access the portal. Would like to be able to use services such as Antigravity with my Google One subscription but cannot due to this. I’ve submitted several appeals and replied with everything they asked for a year or so ago but then I get no response. Now when I appeal, I don’t receive any responses. This has been going on for some time, I didn’t do anything to cause this to my knowledge and I’ve been desperately trying to find help but cannot. I did track down a paid support option however it won’t even let me do that doe to this issues. Anyone have any tips for moving this along to getting it resolved? I have nothing in my console that I needed and wasn’t even sure why this happened.
I’ve heard of similar “entire service unavailable” issues with GCP, and it can feel impossible to get support when your account is stuck like that.
It might also help to document everything you’ve submitted so far in one thread when contacting support again, so they can see the full history. Hoping you get this resolved soon—being locked out of your services for no apparent reason is so stressful!
Thanks for the reply. So I did some more digging in the forums here and found this link: GCP Account Suspension Inquiry - Google Cloud Platform Console Help and filled it out appropriately, only to find out that this department doesn’t handle these types of issues, based on multiple replies received. I did this a second time, without success again. At least I received replies so that is progress.
This form titled “GCP Account Suspension Inquiry” and states “This form is used for inquiries related to certain GCP account suspensions. Use this form only in the following situations:” and the first item on this list is literally “Your account is suspended”.
If this is not the proper channel then what is to resolve my issue? The replies from support do not offer any alternate route for me to take.
Any ideas?
