The gentlemen at the service desk in Heathrow Terminal 2 was very pleasant and not only explained the various eSIM plans but set up our eSIM as well. Took just a few minutes.

Easy purchase Needed support to activate eSIM. Used local ZIP Code, but needed to use eg ZIP Code in activation instructions. Support very swift

Have used multiple times on our round the world trip. Easy to install and worked well in every country we were in. Prices weren’t too bad and I liked that you could top up if you needed.

Had some difficulty connecting. The attendant was so patient, and helpful. A great customer experience especially after a 20 hour flight. Thoroughly recommend.
