FMB aids in the building and maintaining of high-quality lives in an enjoyable atmosphere by strengthening our two most valuable assets, our MINDS and BODIES. 

FMB works with all age groups from kids to seniors and everyone in between, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our brain and body programs are customized to meet the needs of our clients. We regularly partner with organizations serving those with limited options in order to maximize our community impact. We work across the city on a mobile platform which sees us coming to you and leveraging your space. We do this with a dynamic team of young workers across the city and we provide all equipment for our sessions.
