The Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI) oversees the agency's implementation of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve operational performance and customer service. OCI helps DEQ achieve goals detailed in the agency’s five-year strategic plan resulting in better communication and response to Oklahomans.
