It is completely unusable. I've sat staring at the main menu of the app, the sign up/log in screen with a square box saying "Loading" for the past 20mins. I killed the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it and nope, it still legitimately does absolutely nothing. I have it running on my Samsung s23 ultra which is also fully updated. What a colossal waste of time. Uninstalled

I've been a long time user/subscriber, close to 10yrs now. The app was always great and functional, never had any issues, it always worked as it should. However, for the last few months the app has become more less completely useless. It crashes upon opening constantly, or freezes up, my settings change on their own (auto uploads etc) where I'm losing photos which I thought were backed up. Putting countless photo memories at risk now. This is not acceptable for ANY paid app in my opinion!

you think they can Implement some kind of two-factor authentication if you don't have access to an old email with no access, and happen to lose the password. sending us a list of one-time passwords is a really stupid way to access your account. I have not had a problem, but can imagine if I lost my email somehow, I could not get into my Dropbox, it would be devastating! it's way less likely I will lose my phone number, and a simple text message to authenticate yourself would be better.
