Very easy to book a trip by accident. The app then crashed and did not show the trip and I only knew something was wrong when the driver called. No means for recourse or ability to cancel. Bloody awful. The worst part is that it's impossible to contact anyone. Grab handles issues much better. Gojek, I hope you're listening. Update: the support team is poor and fail to properly query an issue.

the only reason that made this 2 stars is because their premium "extra" is the only way to get someone to pick you up during rainy days or peak hours. its obvious that none of these drivers are picking up the standard prices. I waited 40mins to get picked up at standard no one accepted. when I chose the "extra" option which you pay more, I immediately got accepted.

Booked for a trip to 2 destinations with the 2nd destination back to my home. After ensuring both addresses, I booked the transport. however, I'm shocked to hear from the driver that my 2nd destination was set to paya lebar instead of my input saved address. No choice I had to alight at the 1st point and book another transport from there, paying the fares for the 2 destinated trips. Same issue happened a few days later. Decided not to use it anymore.
