| Introduction | I am a final year PhD student in Evolutionary genetics. I use complex statistical models, quantitative genetics and data mining to address questions about multivariate selection, phenotypic plasticity and evolvability. I am also interested in solving and visualising 'real world' problems using large datasets mined from the web. My Data Jujitsu blog is a collection of visualisations, data mash-ups and stats/data science tips I have done or found. I run What Is This data mining, refinery and visualisation, which aims to provide analytical services to industry, media and charities. My expertise covers social media analyses, statistical analyses of in-house data, data mining (decision trees, neural networks, clustering), statistical modelling, visualisation. |
