O trabalho remoto já é a realidade de muitos profissionais de Ti. Realizei entregas gigantescas no auge da pandemia com todo o time se adaptando ao novo normal do trabalho remoto. Por viver essa transição afirmo: o trabalho remoto pode inclusive ser mais produtivo do que o presencial. Requer maturidade do time e organização do gerente do projeto com planejamento, organização e controle. Defina entregas objetivas com prazos e responsáveis. Realize checkpoints contínuos para garantir a cadência das entregas. Importante também a disponibilidade da equipe nas ferramentas corporativas de comunicação durante o expediente de trabalho. Crie o costume de dar bom dia e até logo online (como fazia no presencial) no grupo da equipe.
