Physicians are very busy, and healthcare is very busy. My experience is that you need to ensure you have time scheduled for reviewing and incorporating the new technology. Take adequate time away from work and dedicate time to ensure the group not only practices but understands nuances and knows why they are using the new technology. Often, if a group does not know "why" they are using something new, it will very easily be dismissed. Knowing the why helps improve adoption from others.

It’s always good to embrace change. If AI can have a proper format for different illnesses which should have the potential to edit. . This can be made as screening questions by Physician Assistant who can forward such to the Main Physician so that he can grapple as to what is going on and then ask problems directed questions. If on the follow up if all reports are updated into the format along with allergies it should reduce the time needed for documentation and more time is given in conversation which is also an important part of consultation. Our upgraded versions of smart phones are enabling machine learning and adapting technology at 60 yrs for me is not very difficult. Confidentiality is my concern
