Assigning of tasks within each project teams can be specialization and skill based and moreover while being incharge of multiple projects at the same time, various organizational, hierarchical models and reporting strategies can be closely observed and implemented. For eg. A matrix organisation with agile methodologies might at times be able to prove greater productivity in product based firms to ensure no information is missed. At the same time, dual reporting required higher levels of transparency and communication channels to ensure satisfactory results. At the same time, sprints retrospective culture should also be made a practice for avoiding all the loopholes present in the process.

Precision Delegation: The Key to Efficiency and Profitability In Solar projects, delegation shouldn't be about assigning tasks but compatibility precision. Every phase from construction, electrical, installation, to management demands specialized expertise. In a recent project a manpower shortage forced electricians to civil work and vice versa leading to delays and costly inefficiencies. Thus reinforcing a key lesson - cross-skilling has limits and structured delegation is non-negotiable. So , 1) Set clear expectations upfront for smooth execution 2) Hold teams accountable and track performances. 3) Give Ownership and ensure quality The right people in the right roles don't just complete projects they drive success.

Centralized Task Management: Utilize a central project management tool (like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) to track tasks across all teams. This provides a single source of truth and improves visibility into dependencies and progress. Cross-Team Collaboration: Encourage regular communication and collaboration between teams. This could involve: Joint meetings: Schedule regular meetings involving representatives from each team to discuss progress, address roadblocks, and ensure alignment. Embedded team members: Consider embedding team members from one team into another on a temporary basis to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve communication.

The assignment of roles must be based on an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of team members. I would assign tasks based on people's skills and experience and distribute the work fairly across the board. There should always be clear communication about expectations, deadlines, and desired outcomes. I would check back regularly to offer support if needed and to allow the team enough independence to get on with the work. Finally, maintaining an open atmosphere where team members can ask questions and work together will keep everything on track.

Some ways are: 1st we need to identify the team strengths. 2nd is to understand the interests of the team members & scope of learning. 3rd is to have a team & 1-1 discussion with the team members regarding the work. Finally then deligate the work.
