    Recentemente vi uma maternidade com a dita hotelaria 6 estrelas , receber uma crítica devastadora sobre engajamento de equipe e burocracia por cobrar a assinatura de termo durante o trabalho de parto e pasmem na publicação a ouvidoria da empresa mandou um texto padrão com mais um formulário. Entendo que todo o fluxo administrativo deve existir após a revisão de seus porquês e sempre ser empático, necessário. Em seus ciclos de melhorias a pergunta de como melhorar sua eficiência e empatia deve ser constante. Lembro que o estado da arte está nas pessoas que o entendem e engajadas se colocam no lugar do outro na revisão dos seus processos e buscam tecnologias pra humanizar .

    Assure your clinical staff members are allowed and encouraged to ‘work at the top of their license’. Provide clinical staff with assistance, both electronic and personnel to work together for the benefit of your patients.

    There are three things a organisation should follow to reduce this. 1. Make patient care a priority. Once this is set. Other administrative works will become second. 2. Ensure automation by EHR's and training a specific department to handle it as they could be cumbersome for everyone else. 3.Make sure an adequate roster is maintained making the clinical staff takes patient care as priority. 4. Making SOP and protocol is great but training staff around them is very important. So make sure continuous training is focused.

    O uso excessivo de informações também é um problema. Não que devamos abolir checklists ou supersimplificar o texto das evoluções ou relatórios. Claro que não! Mas convenhamos que podemos ser mais sucintos, bem como os gestores podem criar protocolos que sejam otimizados e não um pesadelo para preencher (design thinking pode emprestar algo para isto)
