LinkedIn's Culture of Integrity places it on the List of the World's Most Ethical Companies
This week in New York, Ethisphere Institute, a corporate governance and ethics think tank, added LinkedIn to its list of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” (alongside our peers at Microsoft). We are really honored by this recognition, because like many companies, we realize that how we do business matters as much as what we do. At LinkedIn our value-proposition, in a sense, is our Values. And in this hyper-transparent world, this is more important than ever.
Participating in an in-depth benchmarking process allows us to tangibly measure the health of our Culture of Integrity against the leading companies in the world. And the data we glean helps us learn and improve each successive year. This is incredibly important to us.
Thanks to all our engaged LinkedIn employees around the world, who care about our Culture and Values, we’ve collected this recognition for the third time in a row. This is a streak we hope to keep.
