Accounts with:
• Fewer than 10 Dreams
• Last Dream before June 16, 2024 (pre-server launch)
• Less than $5 spent in the game
• Status: Minimal activity in Primal server, redirected to Primal instead of Virgin based on their progress

Accounts with:
• Less than 1 Dream
• Last Dream before July 4, 2024 (post-migration)
• Less than $5 spent in the game
