All you need is your order number and email address from your confirmation email.
Select the items you would like to return.
Download your return label and affix to your package.
Send it back to us.
Returns Information
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Online returns: $7.95 label fee. Exchanges: $7.95 return + $10.95 outbound. Online and in-gym returns must be processed through their respective channels. Outlet items excluded unless faulty.
- Items must be unworn with tags attached, free from wear, washing, damage, or alterations. Items with makeup, tan, deodorant, sweat, or odour will not be accepted.
- Shoes: Clean, unscuffed soles with loosened laces. Shoe box must be in original condition - no tape or labels on the box itself.
- Swimwear: Unworn with all tags and protective stickers intact. Try on over underwear only - soiled items will not be accepted.
- No returns on underwear, socks or towels (unless faulty) or Gift Cards.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations will incur a $14.95 deduction from store credit.
Faulty Items
- Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images, a description, and your order number. If the claim is accepted, return shipping will be refunded and compensation arranged.
- Wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.
Returns Labels
Prepaid label at $7.95.
Exchanges incur an additional $10.95 outbound fee.
Prepaid label fee charged at lodgement via the returns portal.
A free plain address label is generated - not a prepaid label.
Take your parcel to your nearest post office to arrange shipping.
