Applications for Membership will Open in March 2026
Membership consists of four categories: Core Member, Partner Organization, Supporter Member, and Supporter Organization.
Core Members
Active leaders serving on a Committee or Working Group, and shaping the governance, strategy, and activities of CSIDNet. We will be announcing 2026 Core Members in January 2026.
Partner Organizations
Institutions formally supporting and amplifying CSIDNet’s mission by contributing resources such as data, co-funding, expertise, or event hosting. We will be accepting applications to be a partner organization on a rolling basis beginning in January 2026.
Supporter Members
Engaged participants who contribute to learning and knowledge exchange without governance responsibilities.
Supporter Organizations
Allies and amplifiers of CSIDNet’s mission through advocacy and informal support, and who wish to contribute to CSIDNet’s sustainability and growth.
Wellcome Trust (2023 – present)
Wellcome’s support has enabled CSIDNet to launch its democratic governance model, establish five regional fellowships across the Global South, convene its first Annual General Meeting with 100+ participants from 40+ countries, and support five member-led Working Groups in 2026 using participatory budgeting to allocate resources collectively.
