Capital One Launchpad Program

Capital One Launchpad: Legacy & Leadership Program will offer 50 selected students enrolled at a HACU-Member Institution an opportunity to embark on an extensive and immersive personal, professional, and technical development journey under the leadership of Capital One associates

Selected scholars will participate in a fully-expensed five-day immersion experience along with 50 students from the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). The joint immersion experience is focused on career exploration and professional development. Students will have the opportunity to work directly with designated Capital One associates who will guide them toward a final capstone presentation that will conclude the week’s events. Stipends will also be administered to the students who complete the Immersion Experience.

HACU students selected to attend the Immersion Experience are also sponsored to attend the ¡Adelanteǃ Leadership Institute at HACU’s 40th Annual Conference, October 30 – November 2, 2026, at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in Chula Vista, California.
