Four colleagues brainstorming a project together.

For 50 years, Microsoft has believed in the power of technology to create positive, lasting change. That belief fuels our mission: to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a partner-first organization, we know this mission means investing in the success of our partners. When our partners grow, their customers succeed—and together, we create meaningful impact.

Over the past six months, we have introduced new benefits and incentives designed to support our partners at every growth stage. From updated benefits offerings to expanded small and medium-sized business (SMB) paths for attaining Solutions Partner designations, our goal is to help you grow your business with confidence.

As we continue to invest in offerings that empower our partners, we also create chances to learn from one another, explore tools and opportunities for differentiation, and lead through innovation. Microsoft events bring partners together to share ideas, make connections, and display innovation on a global stage.

Microsoft Build kicks off May 19, 2025, in Seattle and online. As our premier developer conference, Build provides interactive learning and previews of the latest development tools and technologies.

Microsoft Ignite returns in November 2025 with a focus on business transformation, AI, and cloud innovation. Ignite is the leading event where technologists, partner business leaders, and senior executives gather from around the world to learn about the latest innovations, share their products, and engage with Microsoft and Microsoft partners to discuss strategy and business growth.

Get amplified: Share your story, expand your reach

At Microsoft, we believe that success is best when shared. We want to highlight two key ways to promote your achievements and expand your reach: through customer case study publication and Microsoft Partner Success stories.

  • Are you a partner with at least one Solutions Partner designation? Case study publication with Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) Toolbox is your opportunity to elevate your existing customer wins on an official Microsoft website. Start by filling out the case study template in the GTM Toolbox and check the optional box to submit for publication.
  • For all partners, Microsoft Partner Success stories showcase how you are solving real-world challenges with Microsoft technology. We handle the content creation; you get the spotlight. Learn more and submit your nomination on the Partner Success submissions page. These low-cost marketing opportunities help build credibility, attract customers, and grow your brand.

Continue your marketing journey with these GTM resources

Our GTM resources help partners find, target, and deliver solutions to customers. These include assessments, campaigns in a box, co-branded templates, digital web banners, social campaigns, and email campaigns, to name a few.

To make it easier to navigate, we created a checklist of activities to complete so you can get the most out of our GTM resources.

  1. Set up your business profile in Partner Center to enhance visibility, generate leads, and become eligible for referrals and incentives.
  2. List your solution on the Microsoft commercial marketplace to get leads.
  3. Access Technical Presales advisory hours for personalized help to build your practice or solution.
  4. Download and process CloudAscent reports to identify new sales opportunities in your existing SMB customer base so you can run a targeted campaign in the next step.
  5. Run a campaign in a box on contacts with the appropriate tool—either Partner Marketing Center (PMC) for highly customizable assets or Digital Marketing Content OnDemand (DMC) for automated campaign delivery.
  6. Review your incentives so you don’t leave resources on the table.
  7. Review engagement and new leads in DMC as you run your campaigns.
  8. Use sales content and guides from the campaigns in a box to qualify leads and make sales.
  9. Register your deal after making a sale.

The path to qualifying for this specialization begins with attaining a Solutions Partner designation for Business Applications and/or Modern Work. Learn more in the specialization blog post.

Get to know the latest evolution of Partner Cloud Support

As customers continue to move to the cloud and innovate with AI, we provide enhanced support to meet evolving partner needs, including technical support for cloud products. In January 2024, we announced that the number of Partner (formerly Signature) Cloud Support incidents available would be standardized across all partner program offerings as part of our overall effort to streamline advanced support. Effective in June, we will begin applying this change when partner annual benefits renewal occurs. Learn more about technical support, including Partner Cloud Support, here.

Plan your future with easier access to the Geo-Expansion Readiness Assessment

In June, the Geo-Expansion Readiness Assessment benefit will shift to a new format and location. Previously accessed through a tool, this valuable GTM benefit will now be available as a downloadable assessment. Designed for all partners in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, the Geo-Expansion Readiness Assessment helps you evaluate your readiness to enter new geographies and includes a no-cost consultation to support the expansion process. This change simplifies access while still delivering the same strategic value.

We are honored to provide our partners with the tools needed to transform organizations around the world—and we will keep investing in your growth and success. Bookmark this blog and revisit it throughout the year to stay up to date on opportunities, and be sure to join the conversation in the partner benefits discussion board.
