View or download attachments in Notes on iCloud.com
You can attach items to notes by using the Notes app on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. You can then view and download those attachments—photos, audio files, maps, and more—in Notes on iCloud.com, as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple Account.
Note: In locked notes on iCloud.com, you see placeholders for attachments instead of actual attachment content. To view attachments in locked notes, use the Notes app on a device where you’re signed in to the same Apple Account.
View or play photos, audio files, maps, and other attachments
Go to icloud.com/notes, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary).
Select a note that contains the attachment you want to view or play.
If you don’t see the notes list, see Show the folder or notes list in Notes on iCloud.com.
Double-tap the attachment.

You can view and download documents that you scanned using the Notes app on your iPhone or iPad.
