NEW GTA 6 TRAILER

Vice City. Jason Duval and Luc�a Caminos know the game is rigged. When a quick job goes sideways, they find themselves deep in the shadows of Leonida � a fictional take on Florida. Caught in a statewide criminal conspiracy, they have no choice but to trust each other like never before. Think Bonnie and Clyde, but under the Miami sun.

The second trailer, dropped unexpectedly on May 6, 2025, dives deeper into their bond � from Luc�a�s release from prison to high-speed heists and chaotic getaways. The game�s vibe blends �80s nostalgia with modern flair, showing off Vice City, Leonida Keys, and Port Gellhorn.

We also get the return of Phil Cassidy, a fan-favorite from earlier games, and for the first time ever in the franchise, a female protagonist you can actually play.

Set to release on May 26, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, GTA VI is shaping up to be the most ambitious entry in the saga so far.

THE LAST OF US: GAME VS SERIES

Ever since The Last of Us series dropped, it's been at the center of some serious fan backlash �and not for the right reasons. Sure, the production quality is solid and visually it looks great, but for many fans of the game, the show totally missed the mark on what made the original story so powerful. The suspense, the danger, the infected �all of that takes a backseat in favor of constant emotional speeches and slow-burn character drama.

One of the biggest points of controversy has been the casting, starting with Bella Ramsey as Ellie. From day one, fans were skeptical �not just because she doesn't look like the game version, but because she doesn�t quite capture that unique mix of toughness, vulnerability, and raw charm that made Ellie such an iconic character. And it�s not just her. A lot of viewers feel like the rest of the cast doesn�t really fit either. The choices seem more focused on ticking boxes for diversity than on staying true to the characters fans fell in love with.

That leads straight into another major criticism: the woke tone of the show. For a lot of gamers, it feels like the creators forced in a social agenda that waters down the gritty, survival-focused nature of the original story. There�s barely any action, the infected show up once in a blue moon, and the whole thing starts to feel more like a prestige drama trying to make a point than a faithful adaptation of a beloved game.

In the end, HBO�s The Last of Us left a lot of fans disappointed. Not because it made changes �because changes are expected� but because of what it chose to change, and how it seems to use the game�s name as a platform for something entirely different.

PLAYING THEIR OWN GAMES

Picture this: Harrison Ford fully dressed as Indiana Jones �hat, whip, the whole deal� casually gaming on Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Or Angelina Jolie rocking that classic '90s Tomb Raider vibe, chilling at home while playing the original Tomb Raider like it�s just another Tuesday.

Now add CJ and the crew from San Andreas cracking up while messing around in GTA III. Or Kratos, in full real-life war paint, locked into a session of the very first God of War �like he�s not the literal God of War himself.

Yeah, it�s exactly that. A bunch of images that flip the whole idea on its head: iconic video game characters brought into the real world� playing their own damn games. It�s meta, it�s hilarious, and a little bit creepy �in the best possible way. And trust me, there�s a lot more where that came from.

ANIMALITIES

Animalities were real finishing moves that appeared in Mortal Kombat 3, Ultimate MK3, and MK Trilogy. After winning a fight, the character would transform into an animal�sometimes it made sense, sometimes it was totally random�and deliver a final blow in true over-the-top style.
From glowing beasts to cartoonish creatures, from dragons to... a penguin! These animations were chaotic, ridiculous, and pure '90s madness.
They even made a brief comeback in Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, now with way more detailed and powerful transformations.

So yeah, Animalities were real. And they were exactly what we didn�t know we needed.
