It's actually not just people in HR. The reality is is that HR is becoming this multifaceted function now. It's no longer just about managing transactions and knowing the latest HR law. It's also about marketing. It's about product development, about experience creation for your employees. It's thinking about leadership aspects of communications and using IT tools.
