Is This Conditioner in the Room With Us?
I really wanted to like this, but I do not. I bought this, the shampoo and the glossing detangler. I am pleased with the other two products but this conditioner is worthless for me. It comes out thick from the container but then disappears when applied. At first, I was thinking this was more of a cream-rinse than a restoring conditioner, but after my third use, it's almost like I didn't put anything on my hair at all. I have long naturally wavy hair that is thick and color color treated with bleach. I wash it about every three days or so, let it air dry until it's about 90% dry and then use the blow dryer on the medium hot setting. Hot tools are used maybe once a week. I take very good care of my hair and it is healthy; I have not had this problem with any other conditioner. I usually comb my wet hair after my final rinse with my fingers before putting it into a hair towel, but I had to literally recondition it with some Biolage that I still had, because I couldn't even get my fingers through it and it knotted horribly;felt like straw. This product smells nice and I had high hopes for it, but I will not be purchasing; especially for the high price!
Love it!
I started using the shampoo a year ago and LOVED. In the more humid months i dont need conditioner but def need it in the winter. My hair is on the finer thinner side, but not overly so. I use a large pea sized amount for my long hair. I have found that if i use too much it takes a lot of effort to rinse out and you really dont need much. Leaves my har soft and manageable without weighing it down. Smells amazing. I also have a sensitive scalp. I cant handle a lot of the chemicals in conventional hair products. This does not cause a reaction (which for me is excess shedding). So glad i found this shamp and cond. i was using a natural brand before this but it made my scalp flakey. This does not.
Underwhelming and overhyped
Went in with no expectations and was still disappointed. The scent is VERY VERY off-putting (cheap hotel shampoo / mosquito repellent vibes), and it did absolutely nothing for my hair. Flat, forgettable, and wildly overpriced. Wouldn't repurchase or recommend — even on sale.
Made my hair feel soft even after a few days

I felt like my hair before using this brand was dry and brittle. After using it twice I have noticed that my hair feels so soft and not even blow drying it. Feels so good and I'll be buying more when I run out.
Rinses well
This conditioner is initially thick, but it rinses well which is very important on fine hair. I don't put it on the crown of my hair but more the ends because I feel like it's a bit too heavy for that. I have very fine hair.
