BUY THIS
I am a girlie with SUPER watery eyes and could only use one brands eyeliner. But the problem was that it was liquid and i wanted a gel for my eyes. I tried this and it is magnificent i put it on my hand and rubbed, ran water on it, and tried to scuff it but it didnt move. This is definitely for the girls whose eyes are super watery. Only thing i would say is it it isnt the smoothest application BUT its not bad and i would happy trade that off for makeup that doesnt run.
So Disappointed
This is such a disappointing eyeliner. The formula is dry, so its hard to apply a neat line. It takes several passes to fill in. It is hard to smudge out, despite the name, though it did smudge on its own throughout the day, despite the name. For the price, I'm considering returning. :( Wanted to love.
just... not great.
I was very disappointed with this liner, especially after reading others review saying it great for the waterline. Well it... not only wasn't not good on waterline (smudged very badly,) but also the pigment was very mid (took a couple passes to get even a decent amount of pigment.)
Started disintegrating halfway through
I liked this eyeliner when I first purchased it, HOWEVER, when I was about halfway through the eyeliner, it started breaking off when I tried to use it. I thought maybe it was at the end, but nope. There was quite a bit left and was completely unusable. Super disappointing.
Does not work for waterlines
I usually ask a sales associate for their advice when shopping in store as they are often able to recommend great products, unfortunately this one was a miss. I have tried this product multiple times and cannot get it to last in my waterline for more than an hour, the color payoff is not great either as I had to go over the same area several times when applying it.
