Configuring export settings for other projects and CAD drawings

- There will often be a requirement to Export a Revit view out to a different product, such as, a CAD product, say AutoCAD. Or you might want to export out, a Revit view, to another person, using Revit. Now, the way that you can export these files out from Revit, is to set up what is known as your export settings. So, we've got a new Revit file for you to use, it's called export settings to RVT. As usual, you can download it from the live, great, follow along with the video. When you open up export settings to RVT, it should be in the zero, zero, ground floor plan. So there's zero, zero, ground in the project browser. If it's not, just go to floor plans and double click on the zero, zero ground. Now, as I've stated in other videos in this course, I'm using a U K version of Revit, so that will be metric, and it would use certain UK Standards. My AutoCAD is the same.
