Visibility and graphic overrides
- [Instructor] You'll find in Revit, that a lot of the time, everything that you draft or model tends to be in black and white. However, you can use color to highlight using, for example, color scheme legends that we've already covered in a previous video. What you can also use is your visibility graphics to override colors and settings in your views in your Revit project. What we're going to do is open up a new Revit project called VisibilityGraphicOverrides.rvt. You can download it from the library to follow along with the video and you'll find it will default into the level one floor plan like so, where you can see the floor plan room use color scheme legend. So there's Floor Plans, Level 1. Just make sure you're in Floor Plans, Level 1. Now, to bring up the visibility graphics is very quick and easy. You simply type VG on the keyboard and it will bring up the Visibility Graphics Override's dialogue box for Floor…
